Why use an agent

when I can just do it

online myself?

The last couple of years has represented more change with health insurance in the Reno market than perhaps the previous 20 years combined. It is important to have an advocate who understands the market and can help you select the right health insurance plan for yourself and your family.

At NO cost to you…
we represent the top health insurance companies in Nevada and will help you find the perfect policy tailored to your healthcare needs and budget.

How do I know which plan

is right for me?

Why can’t you just pick one

for me?

We begin with a thorough review of:
1. Your current doctors or specialists you will need in the near future
2. Recent prescriptions especially generic versus brand, tablet or
capsule costs.
3. Lastly pricing, making sure you can financially afford the
plan you choose

We want to make sure that your plan is the
best fit for you!

COmmon health link questions

As a preferred Nevada Health Link broker in Northern Nevada, we are asked a number of questions about the “Exchange”. Here are just a few of the questions we come across for health insurance or other places we serve. If you have any other questions, our agents are available to help you!

premiums calculated?

  • Age
  • Zip code
  • Yearly Adjusted Gross Income
  • Tobacco usage
  • Individual vs. Family Enrollment
  • Plan category (How much coverage you would like)
How do the Tax credits
work?

The federal government gives you a tax credit to offset the cost of your Reno health insurance. For more detail regarding tax credits, please contact our agents.

Can I qualify for a
subsidy through Nevada
Health Link exchange if my employer offers me
coverage?

Yes, but only if your employer’s plan does not meet the minimum essential coverage or if the premium (in the least expensive plan) is more than 9.69% of your income.

What forms will I need
for our appointment?

  • Income (a recent pay stub)
  • Citizenship (naturalized, additional documentation)
  • Notification of life change (marriage, birth or death certificates)

Oral health is vital to a persons over health and wellbeing. When a person’s mouth, teeth, and gums hurt due to irregular checkups or improper daily care, it affects an individual’s ability to concentrate and be productive.

Vision care coverage is available to help individuals who are seeking good eye health, who wear glasses or contacts to
correct their eyesight, or have contact lenses that need to be replaced after an exam each year.
